The above photo shows the Brush Holders is installed on top of the Voltage Regulator with 2 insulated screws and 1 uninsulated screw. The Diode Trio is also connected to the Voltage Regulator with an insulated screw and to the 3 studs of the Rectifier Bridge and the 3 stator winding terminals.

The above photo shows the Voltage Regulator is in position for mounting the Brush Holders.

The above photo shows the new Rectifier Bridge installed with Alternator "BAT" insulated stud and a screw. The 3 stator winding terminals are not hook up at this time.

The above photo shows the front rotor housing separated from the stator housing with the following internal electrical components removed: Brush Holders with 2 insulated screws, and 1 screw; Voltage Regulator; Capacitor and a screw; Rectifier Bridge and 3 nuts; Diode Trio; Alternator "BAT" insulated stud and 1 screw.

The above photo shows the Delco-Remy 10SI Alternator Repair Kit 1A (3 wire) from American Energy Systems of Illinois.

The above photo shows the Rectifier Bridge, Voltage Regulator, Brush Holders with brushes, Diode Trio, Alternator "BAT" insulated stud, 2 screws with insulated bushings, and 2 screws.
